§3. PERSONAL DATA

The main purpose for the registers is to manage personal data required for cooperation between Safartica Oy and its customers and partners, and to ensure smoothness of customer service and puchased services and goods.

1. Data processed:
   a. contact details incl. name, phone number, email address
   b. nationality
   c. ages of children
   d. possible allergies and special diets or medical information, that substantially affect implementation of the service
   e. information of the services and goods customer has purhased and their delivery and invoicing
   f. customer feedback, permits, agreements and prohibitions.
   g. business ID, contact person's position in the company and invoicing details (corporate customer)
2. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. program- and accommodation service purchases and their implementation and verification
   2. business planning and product development
   3. marketing communication, newsletters, targeting advertising and other advertising
   4. improvement of website user experience
   5. market research and other researches and analysis
3. Providing data is voluntary, yet essential to use the services. In the case of expressing consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox that includes the conditions of the consent granted.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

Personal data is disclosed to suppliers and partners of Safartica Oy only when the owner of personal data (data subject) is participating a purchased or offered service which is organized partially or wholly by supplier or partner of Safartica Oy. In isolated cases, Safartica Oy discloses customer’s or stakeholder’s date to the addressed party, if the data subject requests Safartica Oy to do so or if the competent authority demands Safartica Oy to disclose separately identified information from the register of Safartica Oy based on current legislation.
Our website uses external service providers for sales, marketing and customer service, such as accommodation booking engine Profitroom. Profitroom uses the services of software and ICT system maintenance companies with whom they have entered into appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. The data is not shared and none of these companies has the right to process the data in any other way than specified in the contract. Your data, if the company has access to it, may be processed only for the proper provision of services.
