Vaattunki Wilderness Resort is perfectly located away from the city hustle – 25 km’s from Rovaniemi centre, nestled in the arctic forest, on the shores of Raudanjoki River and at the gateway to the Arctic Circle Hiking Area. The resort’s location makes it easily accessible by car or bus, being only a 20-minute car drive (19 km) away from Rovaniemi International Airport and about 25 minutes
(24 km) from Rovaniemi city centre.

The location of the resort is fantastic! We were able to see the auroras at night while walking around, which was a magical experience. There are also beautiful hiking trails nearby, and the views are breathtaking. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
